Vjesnik Monthly, June edition

The June edition of the Vjesnik Monthly Magazine is in store now!

After an overwhelmingly positive reception to the first, new-look monthly format of the Vjesnik magazine that was printed in May, this month’s 48-page edition is once again jam-packed full of insightful features, up-to-date news, the latest in sport and in the community.

With the European summer upon us, our writers have compiled a travel special, showcasing some of Croatia’s best kept secrets and providing tips for travellers young and old. Editor-in-Chief George Sabljak also sits down with Dreamtime Events guru Branka Ćubelić, who is taking the destination wedding scene by storm.

Other detailed features this month include Tonci Prusac’s exclusive interview with former MMA fighter-turned parliamentary hopeful Elvis Sinošić, Marko Barišić’s report on legendary UFC fighter Stipe Miočić becoming a Croatian citizen and an exclusive column by respected lawyer and community advocate John Didulica on why the Croatian Six case should be so important for you.

In sport, you will be able to find David Davutović’s analysis on the Croatian national team’s recent 2026 World Cup qualifiers in this magazine. We also take a look at the Croatian hopefuls vying for selection in the upcoming NBA basketball draft. And we go around the grounds providing an in-depth update on just where our Croatian teams are at in the NPL top-tiers across the country.

Plus, we have the regular opinion pieces, state-by-state guides to events in the community, the crossword puzzle and more. So what are you waiting for? Pick up your copy of this month’s Vjesnik magazine from a newsagent – and tell your friends and family to do so as well.
